The restaurant first opened its doors in 2007, quickly building an elite reputation among restaurants in Orange County, New York. According to an ancient Indian saying there are two things in life that has to be approached with total abandon – cooking and Kamasutra. We in Saffron deal in the former, and this old adage is our mission statement. Our staff will be your guide helping you to navigate through an evening of culinary adventure through the diverse terrains of our beloved spice country, India.
