Saffron Indian Cuisine opened in Middletown, New York in 2007 with one conviction: great cooking demands full commitment and a spirit of adventure.

Guided by an ancient Indian saying that cooking must be approached with total abandon, our team set out to help guests navigate the diverse culinary terrains of India — earning Saffron an enduring reputation across Orange County, New York.

Our menu travels India's full culinary distance — from slow-simmered Northern curries and clay-oven breads to bright Southern dosas and fragrant biryani. Every region has a seat at the table.
The Middletown table
At 130 Dolson Avenue, the dining room is open every day with a lunch buffet from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and a full bar for dinner.
